Select a sa mple plate based on the sa mple to be measured. Sample pl ates are pl aced
directly on the attachment head.
I Height reference sample plate
The height reference sample pl ate is used by inserting a glass sample holder or
an aluminum
sa mple holder.
The height reference
sa mple plate is placed directly on the attachment head.
In a sa mple a li gnment, a cent er slit and Si powder reference sample are inserted.
It is included with universal Z attachment platform
(opt ional: AOOO IO 190).

I Transmission SAXS sample plate
The transmission SAXS sample plate is u se d by inserting the transmission
SAXS
sa mple ho ld er. The transmission SAXS sa mple plate is placed directly on
the attachment head. It is included with the SAXS unit (optional: 26 80Jl 1 l) .
