  If the indicator lights are abnormal on your Riland Welding System, it could be due to over-current protection. Turn off the power switch and restart the machine after the abnormal indicator light has winked. Alternatively, it might be overheating protection; in this case, wait for about 2-3 minutes for the machine to recover without turning off the power switch.

Why is there no welding output on my Riland MMA 120GDM even though the meter shows and the fan works?

  If your Riland Welding System shows a reading on the meter and the fan is working, but there's no welding output, check the following: Ensure all sockets in the machine are well connected. Inspect the output terminal joint for open circuits or bad connections. Also, verify that the control cable on the torch isn't broken and that the switch is functional.
