  If you're not getting a call signal to an intercom unit on your RiTTO Intercom System, the call signal might not be programmed. Refer to “Start-up” for the specific intercom unit or the intercom unit may be defective and needs replacing. Also, check for an open circuit in the TwinBus line; if found, repair the line.

How to fix no illumination of door station on RiTTO TWINBUS Intercom System?

  If the door station of your RiTTO Intercom System isn't illuminated, it could be due to a short circuit between terminals 3 and 4 or the lines, an open circuit in the line to the door station, or an alternating current overload. Remedy any short circuits, check and repair the line, or use mains transformer 1 6477 with 7 modules or more or constant load of more than 700 mA. The lighting itself might also be defective, so consider replacing it.

  If there's no speech connection from the door station to the intercom units on your RiTTO Intercom System, the wires might be incorrectly connected, the loudspeaker could be defective, or the connections at terminals 1 and 2 might be swapped. Try modifying the wiring, replacing the door intercom module, or changing the connections at terminals 1 and 2.

  If there is no call signal from the modular door station to all intercom units on a busline of your RiTTO Intercom System, the thermal fuse of TwinBus power supply unit 1 7573 may have activated, the power supply unit 1 7573 may be defective, there may be a short-circuit or open circuit in the TwinBus line, the call signal may not be programmed, no call signal being transmitted by button modules, the module carrier may be wrongly connected, or wrong button modules may be used. De-energize power supply unit 1 7573, replace power supply unit 1 7573, remedy any short circuit, check and repair the line, check bus connection in door station (observe red mark).

  If you are experiencing poor speech quality or speech breaking up on your RiTTO Intercom System, it might be due to an incorrect volume setting. Try increasing or decreasing the volume at the door intercom module or built-in loudspeaker, or adjusting the microphone volume.

  If the monitor on your RiTTO Intercom System's indoor video station or handsfree video intercom unit won't turn on, but the doorbell signal is working, there might be no voltage from mains transformer 1 6477 or video power supply unit 1 4874. Test the line or the power supply unit and transformer.

  If the image at your RiTTO Intercom System's indoor video stations or handsfree video intercom units is 'running', the supply voltage might be too low, the lines might be too long, or too many indoor video stations/handsfree video intercom units might be supplied by the same video power supply module 1 4874. Try increasing the voltage or using an additional video power supply module.
