The
PARTLY COMPLETED MACHINERY
discussed in this document is an
air-cooled evaporator designed and manufactured to be
incorporated in a refrigerating circuit arranged by the customer.
The
PARTLY COMPLETED MACHINERY
is available in different versions,
depending on the diameter of the fan motors; more specifically,
there are models with fan motors that have a diameter of 350 and
450 mm. All the versions are available with (ED models) or without
a defrosting heater.
Regardless of the configuration, at any rate, the
PARTLY COMPLETED
MACHINERY
is supplied without a control or power logic, because it
must be inserted in the refrigerating circuit arranged by the
customer. This is why it represents a
PARTLY COMPLETED MACHINERY
, as
defined by Machines' Directive 2006/42/CE: because it is not
capable of carrying out a well-defined application (without being inserted in a refrigerating circuit and without having a control or
power logic, it cannot perform the function for which it is manufactured). It can freely circulate on the market, because it is
accompanied by a correspondent declaration of incorporation by the manufacturer and by the correspondent assembly instructions,
that allow its simple integration in the final machine (which will then have to be marked CE, pursuant to the directives applicable to it,
by the subject making the integration).
