Note:
The amount of charge in your battery may gradually
decrease when the Indie is not being used or ridden as it still
powers certain electronic components in the vehicle.
Range available may vary depending on riding conditions
such as ambient temperature. The range may be reduced in
uphill conditions, higher speeds and larger payloads.
Natural degradation may occur with the battery depending
on the number of years of use which may affect the range.
If the Indie is being stored and not used for a long period of
time, ensure that you fully charge it before doing so. When
stored, it is recommended to check the status and charge
the battery fully at least once in a month.
The Indie may momentarily reduce available power to ensure
safety of the battery.
The capacity of the battery may decrease if the Indie is
stored in unusually high or low temperatures.
If the charge capacity and range keeps falling frequently,
please contact River Mobility or an authorised service centre
for inspection.
CAUTION
If the Indie has been in a collision, we recommend you to
contact River Mobility or an authorised service centre to
inspect the vehicle and the battery.
NOTICE
If the vehicle is stored with insufficient charge for a long
period of time, it may degrade the battery and the battery
may have to be replaced based on the level of degradation.
WARNING
Do not attempt to remove or disassemble any of the
high voltage components on the vehicle. Be careful not
to damage any high voltage wires, battery connectors
and the lithium-ion battery. It may cause serious injury
and significantly impact the performance and durability
of the vehicle.
Please contact River Mobility or an authorised service
centre for any inspection or maintenance required on
these components.
