What to do if my Robam CXW-200-A822 isn't responding to any switch press?

If your Robam Ventilation Hood isn't responding when you press any switch, like the impeller not running or the lamp not lighting, it could be due to the plugs not being properly plugged in or a power outage. Please check the power connection. Also, be aware of the following warnings: when connecting an accessory or replacing a bulb, always pull out the power plug; if the power wires of the range hood are damaged, have them replaced by professionals; and never allow flames to exhaust through the range hood.
