How to fix no sound on my RockJam Keyboard?
    • M
      Matthew RileyAug 4, 2025
If there is no sound after turning on your RockJam Keyboard, ensure the master volume isn't set to the minimum. Also, check that headphones or other equipment are not plugged in, as these will cut off the built-in speaker system automatically. Finally, verify that the keyboard’s built-in tones are not muted by checking the tone volume level, which should not be set to 000. Refer to section – ‘Tone Volume Adjustment’.

    • D
      David GrayAug 8, 2025
If your RockJam Keyboard sound is distorted, interrupted, not working properly, behaving strangely, or cutting out, especially at high volume, it might be due to the use of an incorrect power cable or USB adapter. Use the Type C USB power cable supplied with the keyboard and a USB power adapter with a 2A rated output. Adapters with lower ratings, such as 1A or below, are not recommended.
