1. Lay out the Left Frame Bar (A1) and the Right Frame
Bar (A2) on the floor, with the Front and Back Frame
Bars (B) and the Frame Joint Brackets (F) between
them (as they will be assembled). The Frame Joint
Brackets (F) will be used to connect the Left Frame
Bar (A1) and the Right Frame Bar (A2) to the Front
and Back Frame Bars (B).
2. Insert one Frame Joint Bracket (F) halfway in each end of
the Left Frame Bar (A1), aligning the mounting holes on
the Frame Joint Bracket with the matching holes in the Left
Frame Bar. Secure the brackets to the bar with two M8 x
12mm Screws (LL) at each intersection on both sides (a
total of four M8 x 12mm Screws).
3. Slide the Front and Back Frame Bars (B) onto the Frame
Joint Brackets (F) extending out from the ends of the Left
Frame Bar (A1). Line up the holes in the Front and Back
Frame Bars with the holes in the Frame Joint Brackets and
secure with two M8 x 12mm Screws (LL) at each intersection
on both sides (a total of four M8 x 12mm Screws).
4. Repeat Steps 2-3 to connect the Right Frame Bar (A2) to the
Front and Back Frame Bars (B) with the remaining two
Frame Joint Brackets (F).
5. Attach the Long Center Frame Support (E) to both Front and
Back Frame Bars (B) with two M8 x 50mm Bolts (BB) and
two M8 Locking Nuts (FF) at each end. Make sure the tabs
on the Long Center Frame Support are at the bottom.
6. Place one Short Center Frame Support (C) between the Left
Frame Bar (A1) and the Long Center Frame Support (E) and
the other Short Center Frame Support (C) between the Long
Center Frame Support (E) and the Right Frame Bar (A2).
First attach the Short Center Frame Supports to the Left and
Right Frame Bars with two M8 x 50mm Bolts (BB) and two
M8 Locking Nuts (FF) at each intersection. Then attach both
Short Center Frame Supports to the Long Center Frame
Support with two M8 x 50mm Bolts (BB) and two M8
Locking Nuts (FF).
7. Attach the four Interior Frame Supports (D) inside the frame
as shown with two M8 x 50mm Bolts (BB) and two M8
Locking Nuts (FF) at each intersection.
8. Fully tighten all fasteners.
