Why is there no sound or distorted sound coming from my Rockville HOUSE PARTY SYSTEM 10?

If your Rockville Speaker System has no sound or the sound is distorted, verify that all input cables are correctly connected. Check the volume settings on both the unit and the remote control. Ensure the input source volume is properly adjusted. If you're using microphones, confirm they are turned on and their volume controls are correctly set. If the volume and EQ settings are maxed out, reduce one of them to prevent overdriving the unit.
