The voltage sensors of the ¸URV5-Z
series are indispensable tools in RF and
microwave laboratories, test departments
and service. They cover a frequency
range from 9 kHz to 3 GHz and thus close
the gap between low-frequency voltage
measurements and microwave power
measurements.
Consequently they may be used for the
following measurements:
◆ High-impedance DC and AC voltage
measurements in non-coaxial circuits
◆ Level measurements in 50 : lines
◆ Terminated power measurements
Voltage sensors are the right tools for
everyday use. They permit the measure-
ment of voltages from 200 ΠV to 1000 V
and of powers from 1 nW (#60 dBm) up to
200 W ($53 dBm).
