occurs the aperture should be
adjusted
to
bring exposure
in linewith the shutter
speed. Wen the

switch
is beingused,
over exposure is shown by the
"PLUS"
sign
and under exposure
by
the 16
s sign.

the right

When
using older non meter
coupled lenses
and accesso-
ries,
the stop down
button

must be
pressed.
The shutter
speed LEDs will then
light but the
aperture scalewill not
liSht. Ifyou try to
use a
non
meter coupled
lens/accessory
without engaging the
stop down mode the
entire array of
indications will light
as a
warning.
If the warning
is ignor-
ed and the shutter
pressed,
the
mirrorwill lock
up.This
may befreed by turning the
main switch I0 to
"0'which
releases
the mirror
and then back to
"I'i
press
in the
stop
down
button and then again
press
the shutter release.
The
battery check
(/iS.
30) will indicatewhen
the NiCad
batteries have
only sufficient
powerfor
less than
another
300 exposures. This
will indicate
automatically when the
shutter release is
pressed.Wen
disposable
batteries
are
beingused,
this indicationwill
come on almost imme-
diately
as the
capacity of the batteries
is only
about
100-200
exposuresfrom the
start.
