Only use a ROLLER’S rapid charger for charging. New Li-Ion batteries and Li-Ion batteries which have not
been used for a long time only reach full capacity after several charges.
Graduated charging state display of the Li-Ion 21.6 V battery
The graduated charging state display (2) shows the charging state of the battery (1) with 4 LEDs. At least one
LED lights for a few seconds after pressing the key with the battery symbol. The more LEDs that light green,
the higher the charging state of the battery. If a LED fl ashes red, the battery must be charged.
Rapid charger Li-ion
The left control lamp lights up and remains green when the mains plug is plugged in. If a battery is inserted
in the ROLLER’S rapid charger, the green control lamp ashes to indicate that the battery is charging. The
green light stops ashing and remains on to signal that the battery is fully charged. If the red control lamp
ashes, the battery is defective. If the red control lamp comes on and remains on, this indicates that the
temperature of the rapid charger and / or the battery is outside the permissible range of 0°C to +40°C.

The rapid charger is not suitable for using outdoors.
2.2. Preparing the electric LED fl ood lamp
Mounting the stand (Fig. 2), ROLLER’S Worklight 10000
Fasten the tubular steel frame (3) with spring ring (4), washer (5) and star screw (6).
3. Operation

NOTICE
Keep the LED ood lamp the permissible minimum distance of 1 m away from all illuminated surfaces
and objects. The illuminated objects can overheat below this distance.
Installation
Place the LED fl ood lamp on fi rm, level ground. Loosen the wing screws/star screws (8) slightly if necessary
and swing the fl ood lamp housing (7). Re-tighten the wing screws/star screws (8).
Fastening to the ROLLER’S telescopic stand 3B (Fig. 4)
Adjust the ROLLER’S telescopic stand 3B as shown in Fig. 4 and place it on rm, level ground. For ROLLER’S
Worklight 10000, remove the tubular steel frame (3) and fasten the LED ood lamp to the ROLLER’S telescopic
stand 3B with the stand screw (13). Loosen the wing screws/star screws (8) slightly if necessary and swing
the fl ood lamp housing (7). Re-tighten the wing screws/star screws (8).

Observe the load carrying capacity of the ROLLER’S telescopic stand 3B of ≤ 10 kg.
Hanging up, ROLLER’S Worklight 2800 22 V
Unfold the hook (10) and hang up the LED ood lamp on a suitable object. Loosen the wing screws (8) slightly
if necessary and swing the fl ood lamp housing (7). Re-tighten the wing screws (8).
Operation
ROLLER’S Worklight 10000 can be set for 2 selectable brightness stages with the on/off switch (11).
Switch the ROLLER’S Worklight 2800 22 V on or off with the button (11) and set one of the 3 selectable
brightness stages with the button (12).
Battery and mains operation, ROLLER’S Worklight 2800 22 V
If the power supply is connected during battery operation, the LED ood lamp automatic switches over to
mains operation. The battery (1) is then not charged. Use an approved RMES rapid charger to charge the
battery.
Functional safety
Overheating protection, ROLLER’S Worklight 10000
ROLLER’S Worklight 10000 are equipped with overheating protection. In case of overheating, the brightness
is reduced and the original brightness is restored gain after being given time to cool down. If the LED fl ood
lamp switches off, it switches back to the original brightness after being given time to cool down.
