WARNING
Do not speed up the cooling process of the LED fl ood lamp by using water. Penetration of water into
the electrical device increases the risk of electric shock.
Low discharge protection, ROLLER’S Worklight 2800 22 V
The LED fl ood lamp is equipped with low discharge protection for the battery (1) which switches off the LED
fl ood lamp as soon as the battery needs recharging.
4. Maintenance
Notwithstanding the maintenance described below, it is recommended to have the power tool inspected and
electrical devices re-tested by qualifi ed specialists at least once a year. Such re-testing of electrical devices
is prescribed in accordance with DIN EN 60204 and accident prevention regulation DGUV (German Legal
Accident Insurance Association) regulation 3 “Electrical systems and equipment”. In addition, the respective
national safety regulations, rules and specifi cations valid for the application site must be observed and followed.
4.1. Servicing
WARNING
Pull out the mains plug or remove the battery before cleaning!
The LED fl ood lamps ROLLER’S Worklight 10000 and ROLLER’S Worklight 2800 22 V are maintenance-free.
Clean plastic parts (e.g. housing, plastic disc, batteries) only with a mild soap and a damp, soft cloth. Do not
use household cleaners These often contain chemicals which can damage the plastic parts. Never use petrol,
turpentine, thinner or similar products to clean plastic parts.
Liquids may never be allowed to penetrate inside the LED fl ood lamp. Never immerse the LED fl ood lamp in
liquids.
4.2. Inspection / repair
WARNING
Before any repair work, pull the mains plug or remove the battery! This work may only be performed
by qualifi ed personnel.
The light sources of his LED fl ood lamp are not replaceable; when the light source has reached the end of
its service life, the LED fl ood lamp must be replaced.
5. Faults
5.1. Fault: LED fl ood lamp does not light/cannot be switched on
Cause: Remedy:

Mains plug removed

Insert mains plug and switch on the device.

LED fl ood lamp overheated
●
Let the LED fl ood lamp cool down.

LED fl ood lamp defective
●
Have the LED fl ood lamp inspected by an authorised
ROLLER after-sales service workshop.

Connecting cable defective
●
Have the LED fl ood lamp inspected by an authorised
ROLLER after-sales service workshop, replace the
LED fl ood lamp if necessary.
●
Battery fl at or defective
(ROLLER’S Worklight 2800 22 V)
●
Charge the battery with a rapid charger or change
the battery.
5.2. Fault: LEDs light weakly/not at all (ROLLER’S Worklight 10000)
Cause: Remedy:

LED fl ood lamp overheated Overheating
