Wheel Assembly

2. Slide the wheel (4) onto the axle.
4. Slide a split washer onto the axle.
3. Slide a small, at washer onto the axle.
5. Slide the hex nut onto the assembled wheel and tighten with a
wrench.
6. Repeat steps 1-5 for the remaining wheels.
