£ The Dageni te Demon battery has been s upersec.ed by the Chloride
@) 369/6-TWZ13R battery on all motor cars from car serial nu.r:ber
25662. Ecwever it should be noted that certain earlier motor
cars r.:ay be fitted with Chloride batteries.
CESCR!PTIO:I:
The new Chlo=ide battery is similar in appearance to the Lucas
Pa: c.er.:.e.i<er battery. It has a sirr.ilar polypropylene type case,
but it has a black top and six white vent plugs, as opposed to
a red top and filler trough cover.
The case of the new Chloride battery is snaller in c.ir.,ensicn t..11.an
that of the now SU?erseded Dagenite Cemon battery, and ~ay be
~sed :or all replacenent purposes, providing the prccecu~es given
er. Fase 3 are carried cut. However, it is recorr.mended that when
using a Chloride battery for replacenent 9urposes, the label is
re~oved fron the battery box cover, as the information on this
label relates onll'· to the Dageni te C·er,cn battery.
