The

initial

charge

It
should
be
noted
that
THE
SIX
VENT
PLUGS
SHOULD
ALWAYS
BE
IN
POSITION,
WHENEVER
THE
BATTERY
IS
BEI~G
CHA.RGED,
otherwise
excessive
amounts
of
gas
would
be
lost
to
the
atmosphere,
instead
of
being
condensed
and
returning
to
the
~attery
acid.
Shculd
it
ever
become
necessary
to
give
the
battery
a
boost
charge,
THE BATTERY SHOULD
BE
REMOVED
FROM
THE
~10TOR
CAR AND
THE
SIX
VENT PLUGS
REMOVED
WHILST
CF-2\RGING.
IMPORTANT:
The
battery
must
never
be
connected
or
disconnected
whilst
the
engine
is
running.
