What to do if my Rongpeng R450 motor won’t operate?

If the motor of your Rongpeng Paint Sprayer won't operate, there are several potential causes. You can slowly increase the pressure setting to see if the motor starts. It could be due to a clogged spray tip or fluid filter, in which case you should relieve pressure and clear the clog or clean the gun filter. Another possibility is a frozen pump or hardened paint; thaw the sprayer completely in a warm area before starting it, and if paint has hardened, replace the pump packings. Check the displacement pump connecting rod pin and push it into place, securing it with the spring retainer. If the fan still won’t turn, the motor may need to be replaced.
