Why won't my Rongpeng R475 120V Paint Sprayer motor operate?

  The motor may not operate because the pressure control knob is set at minimum. Slowly increase the pressure setting to see if the motor starts. Alternatively, the spray tip or fluid filter might be clogged; relieve the pressure, then clear the clog or clean the gun filter. Also, check if the displacement pump connecting rod pin is out of place and push it into place, securing it with the spring retainer. Finally, the motor itself might be faulty, and you may need to replace it if the fan won’t turn.

What to do if the Rongpeng R475 120V motor won't operate because of frozen or hardened paint?

  If the motor won’t operate due to frozen water or water-based paint, thaw the sprayer by placing it in a warm area. Do not start the sprayer until it is completely thawed. If paint has hardened (dried) in the sprayer, you will need to replace the pump packings.
