MAINTENANCE
Do’s
Ÿ Prior to cleaning, sweep the floor before using the
machine.
Ÿ Use the machine in even surface.
Ÿ Use only Non foaming chemical for cleaning.
Ÿ Always check the condition of mains cable.
Ÿ Inspect the condition of float filter for any deposit of
dirt.
Ÿ Readjust the squeegee wheel for proper suction.
Ÿ Dirty water to be drained if it reaches the cut-off
stage.
Ÿ After usage, fresh & dirty water has to be drained.
Ÿ After usage of machine, squeegee lips, float
assembly and dirty water tank to be cleaned with
fresh water.
Ÿ During transport brush head & squeegee assembly
should be in lifted position.
Don’t’s
Ÿ Don’t use inflammable liquids (thinner / kerosene) in
fresh water tank for cleaning operation.
Ÿ During cleaning don’t run the machine on the mains
cable.
Ÿ After usage during cleaning the machine don’t allow
water on the panel board.
Ÿ Don’t clean the machine with high water pressure jet
equipments.
Ÿ Don’t use the machine unless the main cable is in
proper condition.
