Installation/Removal of Brush
Step 1:
Position machine on a flat surface and apply parking brake.
Step 2:
Remove the spill tray from the machine.
Step 3:
Remove the debris tray from the machine.
a. Pull the debris tray lock upwards to unlock.
b. Pull the debris tray downwards.
c. Use a coin and unscrew the coin screw.
The Escalator Cleaner machine uses a cylindrical type of brush to
clean the escalator steps.
To install or remove the cylindrical brush from the machine follow
the steps below:
Debris tray lock-
Locked posion
Debris tray
Coin screw
Spill tray
Pull the tabs outwards
on both the sides.
d. Open the idler cover upwards.
