MACHINE OPERATION
Water Monitoring System
The machine is equipped with a flow switch enabled water
monitoring system to alert the operator during any malfunction.
The system comprises of a flow switch, LED indicator with buzzer.
The flow switch is connected to the main water manifold.
The below are the functions of the water monitoring system:
l Spray nozzles blocked completely
l Water pump failure
l Water pump fuse blown
l Solenoid valve malfunction
l Solenoid valve fuse blown

RED
GREEN
BLUE

Fault in water system
Function normal
Fresh water tank empty or dirty water
tank full.
Disconnect power cord after scrubbing operation is complete.
WARNING
End of Scrubbing
= Set the rotary switch to Off position on the control panel.
= Switch Off the main switch on the control panel.
= Release the parking brake.
= Pull the machine backwards from its operating position onto
the landing platform or on to a flat ground.
= Switch Off the mains on the wall outlet.

If any one of the above faults occur, the system alerts with an LED
and audible warning.
