  If the lubrication system fails to operate, it could be due to an empty oil reservoir, in which case you should fill the reservoir. Another possible cause is a clogged oil-hole. To resolve this, unscrew the end of the lubrication nipple and clean it, but be careful not to misplace the spring and the ball located inside.
