How to fix Rosle Grill when it does not light?
    • A
      allen69Aug 15, 2025
If your Rosle Grill does not light, has no flame, or the burner is faulty, first, ensure the gas supply is turned on at the cylinder. Next, check that the gas cylinder has enough gas. Inspect the gas hose for any kinks and straighten them out. Also, verify sparks are jumping from the electrode to the burner. Finally, try lighting the burner with a long match to check the igniter system.

What to do if my Rosle Grill does not function properly?
    • Q
      qchanAug 18, 2025
If your Rosle Grill isn't functioning properly, immediately STOP, turn off the gas cylinder, and set all gas valve controls to "•". Do not smoke. Check all gas joints. Wait three minutes for any accumulated gas to disperse, then try the lighting procedure again. If the gas pipe is blocked, remove the gas hose from the grill and briefly turn on the gas cylinder to clear any blockage, then turn it off and reconnect the hose. For blocked outlets, remove the burners and use a thin metal wire to clear any residues from the gas valve outlets. Replace the burner and check its function. Regularly inspect the burner for insects or spiders and clean the Venturi tubes with a tube brush to ensure proper gas flow.

What to do if there is a gas leak in my Rosle Grill?
    • S
      smithtraciAug 21, 2025
If you detect a leak in your Rosle Grill, immediately turn off the gas cylinder. Ventilate the area to disperse any accumulated gas. Check all gas joints. If the leak persists, stand the gas cylinder upright in an open space, away from any escaping gas or liquid. Keep the gas cylinder at least 20 metres away from ignition sources, electrical appliances, lights, machinery, motors, or engines. Ensure maximum air circulation.

What to do if my Rosle Grill catches fire?
    • A
      Amy Mccoy DVMAug 26, 2025
If a fire starts in your Rosle Grill, immediately turn off the gas cylinder. Use a wet cloth to try and put out the fire. If the gas cylinder is on fire or you cannot reach the switch, call the fire service immediately. Direct a garden hose at the center of the gas cylinder to cool it down, but never extinguish the flames with water. Evacuate the area.

Why does the Rosle Grill Primezone flare up and stop heating?
    • E
      Edward JohnsonSep 4, 2025
If the Primezone of your Rosle Grill flares up, makes a loud "whoosh" noise, hisses, and stops heating, switch off the burner and let it cool for at least 2 minutes. Restart the burner and operate at high flame for at least five minutes, or until the ceramic surfaces heat evenly. Ensure that no more than 75% of the grill area is covered with pots, pans, or accessories. If the issue persists, switch off the burner, let it cool, and check for cracks. If there are cracks, contact an authorised dealer to order a replacement Primezone.
