CAUTION!
Coolant escaping from the system causes long-term
damage to the environment. Mixing different kinds of
refrigerant can result in hazardous toxic gases being
released. Mixing with oils when refrigerant escapes
can lead to the soil being contaminated.
Only sip
hon out refrigerant into a recycling device
suitable for this purpose.
Al
ways recycle refrigerant thus keeping it
separated from oils and other additives.
Only keep each type of refrigerant separate in
suitable pressure vessels.

ispose of refrigerants, oils and additives profes-
sionally and in accordance with the applicable
national regulations of the country it is being used
in.

5 x Decommissioning
Decommissioning a HPSU compact (see section 5.1).
Disconnect the HPSU compact from all electrical connec-
tions, refrigerant and water connections.

ismantle the HPSU compact or components in accordance
with the installation guide in reverse order.

Recommendations for disposal
The HPSU compact has an environmentally friendly design.
During the disposal process, the only waste created is that which
can be used for material or thermal recycling. The materials used
that are suitable for recycling can be sorted into individual types.
ROTEX has complied with the standards for environ-
mentally-friendly disposal as a result of
the environ-
mentally-friendly design of the HPSU compact. Proper
disposal in compliance with the respective national
regulations of the country of use is the respo
nsibility of
the user/owner.
The designation of the product means that electrical
and electronic products may not be disposed of
together with unsorted domestic waste.

Disassembly of the system, handling of
coolant,
oil and other parts may only be carried out by a
qualified fitter.
Disposal may only be carried out by a facility
tha
t specialises in reuse, recycling and recov-
