Hardware . MikroTik warrants all RouterBOARD series equipmen t fo r the term o f twelve (12 ) months from the shipping date to
be free o f defects in materials and workmanship unde r normal use and service, excep t in case o f damage caused by m e-
chanical, electrical or other accidental or intended damages caused by improper us e or du e to wind, rain, fir e or other acts of
nature.
To return failed units to MikroTik, you must perform the following RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) procedure. Fo l-
low t he in structions b elow t o s ave t ime, e fforts, a voi d costs, a nd improve the spee d of the RM A process.
1. If y ou h ave p urchased y our p roduct f rom a M ikroTik R eseller , p lease c ontact t he R eseller c ompany r egarding all w a r-
ranty and repai r issues, the following instructions a pply O NLY if y ou p urchased y our e quipment directly from
MikroTik in Latvia.
2. We do not offer repairs for products that are not covered by warranty. Exceptions can be made for RB1000, RB1100
and RB1200 , ROUTERBOARD.
3. Out -- of -- warranty devices and devices not covered by warranty sent to MikroTik will be returned to the sender at
sender' s cost.
