d) Washing (right side):
Activation : In standby mode, press the right "WASH" button to start washing on the
right side. The right rammer engine will start.
End of process : The washing process will end automatically after the set time or it
can be stopped earlier by pressing the right "WASH" button again.
e) Keeping fresh:
Activation : Press the "STANDBY" button in standby mode, the machine will enter
keep fresh mode.
Deactivation : Pressing the STANDBY button again will exit the keep fresh mode.
Setting functions
a) Viewing and resetting the batch number:
Viewing : Press "SET" button to display the batch number in XXXX mode.
Reset : To clear the displayed number, hold down the "SET" button for 15 seconds.
b) Setting the hardness level:
Activation : Press and hold the "SET" button for 2 seconds until the window flashes.
Adjustment : Use the UP button to increase the hardness of the ice cream or the
DOWN button to decrease it. The adjustment range is from 1 to 10.
Saving : After making the settings, press the "SET" button again or wait 5 seconds
without operation, the system will automatically save the parameter.
c) Parameter setting list:
Access the list : Hold the "SET" button for 5 seconds. The display will show a digital
index of parameters from P0 to P5.
Adjusting parameters : Once the parameter you are interested in is displayed (e.g.
SET 03), use the cool button on the right to increase the value or the clear button to
decrease it. The value range is 1 to 10.
Saving : If you do not perform any operation within 10 seconds, the system will
automatically save the current parameter and exit the setting mode.
