INSTALLATION
Equipment must be placed on to flat and robust surface,
without any ground level differences.
OPERATION
Control panel :
1. Fuse.
2. Thermostat security operation pilot light (red).
3. Heating pilot light.
4. Luminous operation switch.
5. Thermostat control.
6. Safety thermostat.
For your own safety, do not switch the bath on if it is not property earthed.
Before connecting the apparatus to the mains, make sure the voltage that appears on the
characteristics plate is the same as the one from the mains.
Fill the bath up with liquid, making sure always that the level of liquid is above the
resistor of the apparatus.
Connect the apparatus to the mains.
Place the operation switch on the I position.
Turn the thermostat control up to the desired working temperature. The heating pilot
light will light up a the same time.
While heating the liquid, the amber pilot light will light up to show resistor operation.
Once the desired operating temperature has been reached the amber light will go off and
only come on and off intermittently to maintain the said temperature.
Keep evaporation of the liquid in mind so that the resistor of the bath is never left bare.
The graduation of the scale of the thermostat, although close to the real one, it is always
a rough guide. The real temperature is the one that will be indicated by a thermometer
place on the surface of the bath.

SAFETY RECOMMANDATIONS
Follow the safety recommendations to prevent damage to persons or property.
Connect the unit only to a grounded mains power socket.
Operation is permitted with non-flammable liquids only.
Never operate the unit without bath fluid in the bath.
Be careful when emptying hot bath fluids. Check the temperature of the bath fluid
before draining.
Never operate damaged or leaking equipment.
Always turn off the unit and disconnect the mains cable from the power source befo-
re performing any service or maintenance procedures or before moving the unit.
Always empty the bath before moving the unit.
Never operate equipment with damaged mains power cables.
Some parts of the cover bath may become extremely warm during continuous opera-
tion. Therefore, exercise particular caution when touching these parts.
The device includes a safety thermostat, on the
rear side of the bath.
Its use is to protect the element in the event of
over-heating, normally due to a lack of liquid in the
bath.
In the event this is activated, the red light will be
switched on and the element will be disconnected
avoiding the operation of the bath (does not heat
up).
In order to start the bath again, you have to wait
for the temperature to decrease by around 50%; then
press the re-arm switch on said thermostat (small
red button).
CLEANING THE UNIT
Before cleaning the unit, disconnect the power plug from the mains socket.
Sometimes it´s happens that if water of the network is used, depositions of lime in the
bath tank and in the resistance be produced. You must avoid that the resistance work
cover with lime, because the resistance heats less and its useful life diminishes.
To clean of lime the bath tank to fill it of water with a 10% rate of nitric acid, until all the
lime be removed. After empty it and rinse it with clean water
If you don´t have nitric acid you can use hot water mixed with two glass of wine vine-
gar.
