      If your RugDoctor Vacuum Cleaner has low or no suction, several factors could be responsible: * The Dirty Water Tank might be full; empty it and replace. * The Dirty Water Tank may not be correctly installed; lift it up and reposition it. * The Power Button may be in the incorrect position; ensure it is set to the desired mode (Carpet or Tool). * The Vacuum Hose Port on the Dirty Water Tank might not be fully sealed; press the black flap into the port tightly.

      If the rotating brush roll on your RugDoctor Vacuum Cleaner isn’t rotating, here are a few things to check: * Ensure that you are pressing the Soap and Scrub Solution Button on the handle. * Confirm that the machine is in the Carpet mode by pushing the Power Button to Carpet. * If something is lodged in the Brush Roll, the Brush Roll will stop rotating and the Brush Jam Indicator Light will turn on. Turn the machine off and unplug the power cord from the outlet. Check that there is nothing stopping the Brush Roll from rotating. When the Brush Roll jam has been cleared, plug in the machine and turn the machine on to reset the Brush Roll.

      If pulling the handle back lifts the front of your RugDoctor Vacuum Cleaner, it is likely that the handle is in a locked position. To resolve this, while pressing the Easy Lift Tank Caddy down, pull straight back on the Main Handle to release it into the cleaning position.
