Use the operating steps for the fi rst time
This section provides information about how to use the product correctly. Following these
instructions is necessary for the safety of the user and the service life of the product.
Insert the handlebars assembly at the fold large
tube and lock the 4 screws.
Close the fold plug, buckle the lock, and twist
the lock knob.
