BÉCHAMEL SAUCE
Makes: 1 cup

Ingredients:
30g salted butter
30g plain our
300ml full-fat milk
Pinch of salt and cracked black pepper
Directions:
1. Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the our and stir 1 minute. Add the
milk all at once, reduce the heat to low, and whisk continuously until thickened.
2. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Refrigerate until ready to use.
