Ingredients:
1 Tin coconut milk
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon flax seeds
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 Tbsp Honey
1
Cup ice
Method:
1.
Add all ingredients into theblender.
2.
Pulse it at first to break theice.
3.
Blend for about 2 minutes untilsmooth.

Sesame oil is a source of vitamin E which is an anti-oxidant and has been
correlated with lowering cholesterollevels.

Flax seed is a great source of fibre and Omega 3fatty acids.
