Low fat Chocolate Crunch Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 Cup 2% milk
1 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
½ Cup peanuts/ cashews
1 Tbsp Honey
¼ tsp Vanilla essence
1 Cup Ice
Method
1.
Add all ingredients into theblender.
2.
Pulse it at first to break theice.
3.
Blend for about 2 minutes untilsmooth.

This smoothie is low fat anddelicious.

For an iced coffee, replace the cocoa powder with instant coffee powder or a
chilledespresso.
