Note: The cooking time for each stage is 1/3 of total cooking time.
During the defrosting cooking, the oven will pause the cooking and sound beeps to remind the
user to turn the food over. Open the door to turn the food over. Then press START/QUICK
START (Dial) to resume the cooking.
AUTO COOK
The auto cook function has nine pre-set programs. You do not need to set either cooking times
or the power level. The table below shows the time taken to cook weight of food.
You may need to turn food over at the middle of cooking time to obtain uniform cooking.
Steps:
1. In standby mode, press to select food code (see table below).
2. Press to select food weight or number of servings.
3. Press Start/Quick Start (Dial) button to start the cooking.
