1. Take&out&the&base&nut&under&the&body.&
2. Use& the& base& nut& to& assemble& the& body& to& the& base& (black& base& holes& are& in&
downward&position).&
3. Place&and&fix& the&wheels& into&their& h oles& o n&the& base&and&press&them&firmly.&The&
