How to fix a Ryobi Trimmer that won't start?

If your Ryobi Trimmer engine won't start, several factors could be the reason. First, ensure the On/Off Stop Control is in the ON position. Next, check the fuel tank and fill it with fresh fuel if empty or contains old fuel. Also, make sure you press the primer bulb fully and slowly 10 times. A fouled spark plug or a plugged spark arrestor can also prevent starting; in this case, replace or clean the spark plug and clean or replace the spark arrestor.
