  If your Ryobi Chainsaw engine won't start, there are a couple of things you can check: * **No spark:** Remove the air filter cover and the sparking plug. Reattach the sparking plug wire and lay the sparking plug on the cylinder, ensuring the metal part touches the cylinder. Pull the starter rope and check for a spark at the sparking plug tip. If there's no spark, try again with a new sparking plug. * **Flooded engine:** Turn off the ignition switch and remove the sparking plug. Move the choke lever to the run position and pull the starter cord 15 to 20 times to clear excess fuel. Clean and reinstall the sparking plug. Set the ignition switch to the run position. Push and fully release the primer bulb 7 times. Pull the starter three times with the choke lever at run. If it doesn't star...
