What to do if Ryobi rbl42bp Blower engine is flooded?
- PPatrick EvansJul 27, 2025
If your Ryobi Blower engine is flooded: 1. Remove the spark plug, then turn the product so the spark plug hole is aimed at the ground. 2. Set the choke lever to 'B' position and pull starter cord 10-15 times to clear excessive fuel from the engine. 3. Remove any fuel from the product. 4. Clean and reinstall the spark plug. 5. Clean up any spilled fuel and move at least 9m away before restarting. 6. Pull starter handle 3 times with the choke lever at 'B' position. 7. If the engine does not start, set the choke lever to 'B' choke position and repeat the normal starting procedure. 8. If the engine still fails to start, repeat the procedure using a new spark plug.
