5. Center the new blade on the inner flange,
making sure that the blade sits flat.
NOTE: Install the outer ange properly. Only the
outer ring of the outer ange, not the inner ring
with the hole, must touch the blade.
6. Align the slot in the inner flange with the
slot in the motor ring. Insert the locking pin
through both slots to secure. Tighten the
flange nut into place using the combination
wrench.
7. Remove the locking pin from the inner
flange.
