Why does my Saey Fenix 60 Optic fire not burn well?

If the Saey Indoor Fireplace fire isn't burning well, several factors could be at play. First, ensure your wood isn't too damp, with a maximum residual moisture of 20%. Second, verify you're using the correct fuel as permitted for the appliance. A weak chimney draught (below 12 Pa) can also cause issues; check for airtight outlets, try lighting a fire in the chimney, close any open doors on connected appliances, seal cleaning hatches, and clean the connector if needed. Lastly, insufficient combustion air could be the culprit; inspect the airflow and flue connection diameter, check ventilation fittings, and open windows if necessary.
