Check that the outlet is airtight, light a fire in the chimney, close any open doors on other appliances connected to the chimney, seal any cleaning hatches, and clean the connector if necessary. Another cause might be that the fuel is not entirely used up. Only add fuel when there's no orange flame visible in the stove.
