The foot pedal does not
work.
The knee control panel
does not work properly.
Check if the motor keeps
running even after turning off
the run switch.
Turn off and then on again the power.
If the same error is still displayed,
repair it.
Make sure that the foot pedal
cord is properly plugged.
Plug the foot pedal cord correctly.
Check if the auto cruise switch
LED is on.
If not turned on, then repair it.
Make sure in the maintenance
mode that the "Fc" for the foot
pedal check is appropriate.
If the pedal is defective, repair or
replace with new one.
Make sure in the maintenance
mode that the "nc" for the
knee control panel is proper.
If the knee control panel is not
working properly, reset it in the
magnet sensor reset mode. If the
same error is still displayed, then
repair the control unit.
The motor handpiece
is overheated while
in operation.
The ball bearings are defective. Repair the motor handpiece.
The motor handpiece
is excessively
vibrated and with
serious noise.
Make sure that the collet chuck
is free from dirt.
Thoroughly clean the collet chuck after
disasembled.
The test bur/polishing
point is released.
Check if the collet chuck is
loose.
If loose, tighten the collet chuck.
Check if the specified test but/
polishing point is used.
For high speed, use the specified
test bur/polishing point only.
Check if the test bur/polishing
point is bent.
Replace with new one.
Make sure that the ball bearing
is in good condition.
Repair the motor handpiece.
