Assemble Mounting Post to Mounting Foot using hardware.
Assemble Mounting Top to Mounting Post using hardware.
Drill bolt holes according to specified dimensions.
Attach mounting brackets to vehicle roof and torque nuts.
Center and mark crossbars for drilling based on bracket holes.
Attach crossbars to mounting brackets using hardware.
Lubricate, install, and torque rear drive shaft hardware.
Install cylinder hardware including Clevis and Cotter Pins.
Assemble connecting bars using specified hardware and torque.
Install front drive shaft with lubricant, hardware, and torque.
Fasten connecting bars and install Z/L posts with specified torque.
Apply silicone sealant and sealing stickers to drive shafts.
Lubricate, install, and torque rear drive shaft hardware.
Install cylinder hardware and connect bars using specified fasteners.
Install front drive shaft with lubricant, hardware, and torque.
Fasten connecting bars and install Z/L posts with specified torque.
Apply silicone sealant and sealing stickers to drive shafts.
Adjust cylinder flow control screw for proper ladder glide.
