How to fix SafeNet Modem web portal content not displayed?

To fix the issue of web portal content not being displayed, add the portal to the Java exception list: * Close all open browsers. * Go to Start > Control Panel. * Type Java in the search box. * Click the Java link. * In the Java Control Panel, open the Security tab and click Edit Site List. * In the Exception Site List dialog, click Add. * Type http://activation.speechpro.com:8080 and click OK. * In the Security Warning – HTTP Location dialog, click Continue. * In the Java Control Panel dialog click OK. * Re-open your browser and try to log in to the Customer Portal again.
