What to do if Safescan 6155 Banknote Counter shows overload?

If your Safescan Banknote Counter displays an overload message, it indicates that too much weight has been placed on the money hook. To resolve this, remove the money from the hook; the device should then reset automatically. Alternatively, ensure you are not exceeding the maximum weight of 1 kg in free weighing mode. When counting coins, remove some coins to reduce the weight if the maximum is exceeded, wait for the beep, and press the key to store the results. For banknotes, place stacks of 15-20 notes, wait for the beep, and then add another stack until all notes are counted, then press the key to store the results. Also, ensure the counter is on a level surface and nothing touches the hook or cup.
