Important Technical Specifications:
- Dimension: 2800mm (length) x 1250mm (width) x 1780mm (height). These dimensions indicate a relatively compact yet spacious design, suitable for navigating various road conditions while offering ample interior space.
- Curb Weight: 310kg without battery. This weight suggests a sturdy build, contributing to stability and durability.
- Tyre: Front & Rear 400-12. This tire size is common for tricycles, providing a good balance of grip and ride comfort.
- Brake: Front Disc, Rear oil Drum. This combination offers effective braking performance, with disc brakes typically providing superior stopping power for the front wheel and drum brakes offering reliable performance for the rear.
- Motor: 60V/1500W. A 1500W motor indicates a powerful electric drive, capable of handling various terrains and loads. The 60V system suggests a robust electrical architecture.
- Controller: 30 T. The controller manages the power delivery to the motor, and a 30 T rating implies a capable unit for the specified motor power.
- Battery General: 60V 100A-120A Lithium. The use of a Lithium battery is a significant advantage, offering higher energy density, longer lifespan, and faster charging compared to traditional lead-acid batteries. The 100A-120A capacity indicates a substantial range.
- Max Speed: ≤40KM/H. This speed limit is typical for electric tricycles, balancing performance with safety regulations, especially in urban environments.
- Passenger Capacity: 1 driver + 5 passengers. This makes the E5-C suitable for family use or small group transportation, highlighting its utility as a people carrier.
- Mileage: 90-100km. A range of 90-100km on a single charge is impressive for an electric tricycle, allowing for extended journeys without frequent recharging.
- Suspension: Front: ø43 hydraulic shocker; Rear: semi-independent. The hydraulic front shocker and semi-independent rear suspension are designed to provide a comfortable ride by absorbing road imperfections.
- Ground Clearance: 320mm. This high ground clearance is beneficial for navigating uneven roads and preventing damage to the undercarriage.
- Wheel Base: 2220mm. A long wheelbase contributes to vehicle stability, especially at higher speeds and during turns.

Usage Features:
The manual emphasizes safe driving instructions, which are crucial for the longevity of the vehicle and the safety of its occupants.
- Read the manual: Users are instructed to thoroughly read the manual to understand the vehicle's performance and usage.
- Lending the tricycle: It is advised not to lend the tricycle to anyone unfamiliar with its operation.
- Braking distance: The braking distance is less than 5 meters in dry conditions but increases to 10 meters in wet conditions, highlighting the importance of cautious driving in adverse weather.
- Rainproof performance: The tricycle is designed with safe and reliable rainproof performance, but it should not be driven in water-logged conditions to prevent short circuits and damage to electrical components.
- Slow down when turning: For safety, users should slow down when making turns.
- No oil in brake part: It is forbidden to inject oil into the brake part to avoid brake failure.
- Traffic rules: Users must consciously abide by traffic rules for their safety and others.
The operating parts section provides a detailed visual guide to the various controls and components, including the instrument panel (vehicle speed, power, mileage, etc.), steering wheel controls (horn, turn signals, lights), rearview mirrors, and pedals. This visual aid helps users quickly familiarize themselves with the vehicle's layout.
Maintenance Features:
Regular maintenance is key to ensuring the tricycle's performance and extending its lifespan. The manual provides a comprehensive checking list before driving and detailed maintenance instructions.
Checking List before Driving:
- Brake: Check operation, status, and free travel. Ensure the brake's working performance is good.
- Speed Gear: Check operation, status, and clearance of the speed control handle.
- Brake Gear: Check if the operation is flexible, stable, and lubricated.
- Tyre/Wheel: Check tire pressure, wear, and damage.
- Fastener: Check all chassis parts and fasteners; tighten if necessary.
- Lights and Indicators: Check if car lights and indicator lights are correct, and if the horn performance is good.
- Pre-driving inspection: A pre-driving inspection is recommended every time the vehicle is used. Repairs should be carried out promptly if any bad conditions are detected to avoid serious damage or accidents.
Electric Motor Use Method:
- No running without load: The motor should not be run without any load.
- No overloading: Overloading the motor is strictly forbidden.
- Clean environment: Keep the environment clean and airflow dry and unobstructed when using the motor.
- Commutator and carbon brushes: Keep the surface of the commutator smooth and clean, ensure carbon brushes are in good contact, and the motor test connection is reliable.
- Prevent debris: Prevent debris and soil from entering the motor.
- Rear cover check: After one month of running, open the rear cover, check the commutator, and remove carbon brush powder.
- Fasten top wire and anchor screw: Always check the fastening of the top wire and anchor screw of the motor; tighten if any looseness is found.
General Maintenance:
- Battery cleaning: Keep the battery clean and dry, prevent dirt and dampness. Ensure connection lines are not loose and the electrolyte does not leak. Clean electrolyte stains from the battery's upper surface to prevent electrical leakage.
- Battery charging: The first charge should not be less than 13 hours, normally 5-12 hours, and not exceed 18 hours. When the battery is low, stop using it and charge it immediately to avoid deep discharge.
- Charging unused vehicles: Vehicles unused for a long time should be charged twice a month.
- Lubrication: The machine rotates, and lubricating oil should be added to running parts to ensure flexible operation.
- Circuit checks: Frequently check contact points of each circuit (wire connection, controller, reverse switch, speed control). Ensure the connection between the controller and motor is reliable and not loose.
- Troubleshooting: If problems cannot be solved, send the car to the seller or a designated repair station. Disassembly without authorization will void repairs.
- Battery recycling: Return used batteries to the company's dealers or maintenance department.
- Lubricating oil replacement: After 100km, replace the lubricating oil. In the future, add oil and butter to the differential and axle shafts every month.
- Water-cooled motor: If it's a water-cooled motor, check if the motor coolant is lacking. Add coolant if missing. Antifreeze should be added every day to prevent freezing. If not used for a long time, the coolant should be drained.
Maintenance Schedule:
