Unpack Industrial Carrying Case
1. Use the case handle to pull the case from the
box.
2. Remove the case top by unlatching the buttery
latches (A) on both ends.
3. Remove the sewing machine, tools, thread
stand (outside of foam shell), balance wheel
and belts from the packaging.
4. Check to make sure the hinge holes (B) on the
back of the machine are unobstructed by the
set screws (C). If necessary, back the screws
out to clear the hole.
5. On the case, tilt the two hinge posts
slightly upward.
6. Lift up the sewing machine head and carefully
guide the hinge posts into the hinge holes on
the back side of the machine head (D).
7. Tip the machine head back and use a stubby
screwdriver with medium head (not included)
to tighten the set screws (C) on the underside
of the machine head.

Packaging
The Ultrafeed Sewing Machine head comes in a specially designed box with
foam shell packaging which protects it from damage.
Please save all original packaging to use if the machine ever needs to be sent
in for service. Carriers will not pay insurance claims on improperly packaged
machines even if they are insured.
NOTE: Do not ship a machine in its case. Always use the box and foam shell
packaging in which it was originally shipped.
