Install Spool Pin
15. Find the felt pad and spool pin (silver threaded rod
about 2 inches long with holes in it) in the tool bag.
16. Use a at-head screwdriver to screw the spool pin
into the top of the machine, then place the red felt
disk over the spool pin (T).
Assemble Thread Stand (Optional)
NOTE: Ultrafeed PLUS and PREMIUM Sewing Machines
also include the Integrated Thread Stand which may be
used in place of the standard thread stand. Follow the
instructions provided with the Integrated Thread Stand for
its setup.
17. Insert the long rod (U) into the outlying hole in the
base. Position the hook end up over the base and
secure with the set screw (V). Insert the smaller
rod (W), a post support for the thread cone, into
the center hole with the tapered end facing up and
hammer in.
Accessories Assembly
To attach the Flex20 LED Light, place the magnetic light
in your desired location on the machine and plug it into
the bottom of the Light Adapter (X). Optional: Attach the
included plastic clips to the back of the sewing machine
and use the zip ties to hold the cord (Y).
