- Operation:
- Water Filling: The 1.8L water tank is filled with water (distilled or filtered water is strongly recommended to prevent damage) and its cap is tightened. Hot water or corrosive cleaning agents should not be used.
- Power On: The unit is plugged in and turned on.
- Steam Ready: The steamer takes approximately 45 seconds to heat up and produce steam.
- Steaming: Once steam is ready, garments can be steamed in a vertical motion. The manual illustrates various techniques for steaming shirts, sleeves, and collars.

Maintenance Features:
Regular maintenance is crucial for the longevity and optimal performance of the steamer.
- General Cleaning:
- Turn off and unplug the unit.
- Allow the unit to cool completely for at least 30 minutes.
- Disassembly: Press the telescopic poles locks at the bottom of the base to unlock and pull out the poles.
- Draining Water Reservoir: Unscrew the drain plug to empty the water reservoir.
- Removing Mineral Build-Up (Descaling):
- Turn off and unplug the unit, and allow it to cool for at least 30 minutes.
- Remove the water tank.
- Prepare a solution of 50% water and 50% vinegar.
- Pour the water and vinegar solution into the water reservoir.
- Wait for 40 minutes.
- Unscrew the drain plug and drain the water reservoir.
- Pour clean water into the reservoir and let it drain to rinse.
- After the reservoir is empty, replace and tighten the drain plug.
- Attention: Always screw the drain plug back tightly after emptying the water reservoir and before each use.
Troubleshooting:
The manual includes a troubleshooting section to address common issues:
- Unit fails to steam, indicating lamp does not illuminate: Check if the unit is plugged in. If plugged in, check for a household power system problem or blown fuse and call a qualified electrician.
