Tips for Cooking Fish & Seafood
• Cook seafood on a cooking rack and add at least 1 cup (250 ml)
of liquid.
• Lightly grease the cooking rack with vegetable oil when cooking
sh directly on the rack.
• Cooking chart times are approximate. Use these as a guideline.
Size and variety will alter cooking times.
• Use the Quick Release method (see the How to Open the Cover
section) for all sh and seafood except for Lobster.
