Salton SP1499 - Care and Cleaning; Cleaning Procedures

IMPORTANT: Make sure to check the Bowl of the Chocolate Fountain
frequently and make sure to remove any large pieces of food as this
willclogthebaseoftheTowerandchocolatewillnotowproperly.
NEVER PLACE ANY OBJECT OR YOUR FINGERS INSIDE THE
CENTER OF THE TOWER WHILE THE CHOCOLATE FOUNTAIN IS IN
USE.
CARE AND CLEANING
1. Unplug the unit from the wall outlet and allow it to cool.
2. Beforethechocolatesolidies,removetheTowerandtheAugerand 
wash in warm soapy water. Rinse and dry.
3. Carefully pour remaining chocolate from the Bowl in a container for
future use or discard. DO NOT pour excess chocolate down the drain.
4. Wipe the inside of the bowl with a damp cloth.
DO NOT IMMERSE THE BASE IN WATER OR ANY OTHER LIQUID
DO NOT use abrasive cleansers on any part of the unit.
